Our Criteria

We look for motivated undergraduates of Georgetown University who wish to learn more about finance and become actively involved in global markets. Our ideal candidates are eager to contribute to the equity research process and can work well within autonomous, results-driven teams. Our recruitment process begins with a written application and interviews with leadership and members of our team. Accepted candidates will then participate in an extensive term-long training program, where they will learn about business fundamentals, competitive analysis, financial modeling and valuation techniques, all of which are relevant to a professional career in financial services. Qualified candidates will be invited to join our team as analysts, where they will be placed in one of the fund’s four desks: Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA); Asia-Pacific; Americas; and Tactical Opportunities.
